I discovered there's rampant abuse of AI apps that use @Stripe's Customer Portal

1) Subscribers upgrade to a high plan, credits reset
2) They quickly use up all the credits
3) They then quickly downgrade, getting protated, credits reset
4) And that way can bankrupt you in GPU
